By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using StrongClub, a service provided by Zibbo LLC (“Zibbo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use StrongClub.
You must be at least 18 years old to use StrongClub. By using StrongClub, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StrongClub for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription, feature, or access limitations.
You agree not to:
StrongClub provides workout tracking, fitness organization, challenge participation, social fitness features, and general training support. StrongClub does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, professional fitness supervision, or individualized health care guidance.
You are solely responsible for your workouts, training choices, form, safety, health decisions, and use of any information provided through StrongClub. Consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before beginning any new workout, training program, challenge, or physical activity if needed. Stop exercising and seek professional help if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, injury, or other concerning symptoms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Your email address is used for account login, account administration, and service-related purposes. Your email address is not intended to be publicly displayed through leaderboards or public profile features.
Your username or display name may be visible to other users and may be used in public-facing StrongClub features, including leaderboards, rankings, groups, challenges, achievements, community features, and promotional materials as described in these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, restrict, or require replacement of usernames, profile images, group images, or other content that we believe is offensive, misleading, infringing, impersonating, unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
StrongClub includes public and community-facing features such as leaderboards, rankings, badges, achievements, groups, challenges, goals, user profiles, community highlights, and related social fitness features.
Accounts may be designated as Public or Private as described within the app. Unless changed by the user where the app provides that option, accounts may be Public by default.
If your account is Public, you acknowledge and agree that your username, display name, profile image, rankings, Lift Score, XP, streaks, workout volume, completed workouts count, badges, achievements, challenge participation, group participation, leaderboard positions, and related fitness statistics may be displayed publicly within StrongClub and related Services.
Public account information may also be used, reproduced, displayed, published, distributed, promoted, and shared by Zibbo LLC outside the app for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, community, business, and operational purposes.
Such use may include, but is not limited to:
If your account is Private, StrongClub may reduce or limit your visibility in public-facing areas such as global leaderboards and promotional leaderboard content going forward, as described within the app. Private account status may not remove you from all community, group, challenge, operational, administrative, or previously published materials.
Joining or participating in a group, challenge, leaderboard, or community feature may result in visibility to other users within that feature, even if your broader account visibility is set to Private, depending on how that feature operates.
No compensation, royalty, or other payment will be owed to you for any display, publication, promotional use, or marketing use permitted by these Terms.
By uploading, submitting, posting, entering, creating, or otherwise making available any content through StrongClub or related Services, including profile images, group images, photographs, avatars, logos, usernames, display names, testimonials, comments, reviews, feedback, challenge content, group content, goals, workout templates, workout information, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Zibbo LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such User Content for any lawful business purpose, including operation, promotion, advertising, marketing, analytics, product development, improvement, safety, security, and support of StrongClub and related Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, permissions, consents, and licenses necessary to upload or submit your User Content and to grant Zibbo LLC the rights described in these Terms. You are solely responsible for User Content you upload or submit, including any images or content containing other people, copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, or third-party rights.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, reviews, testimonials, comments, or recommendations regarding StrongClub or related Services, you grant Zibbo LLC the right to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from that feedback for any lawful business purpose without compensation, attribution, approval, or obligation to you.
If content, leaderboard results, rankings, achievements, profile images, usernames, display names, fitness statistics, or other materials have already been published, distributed, posted, displayed, or incorporated into promotional, marketing, business, or operational materials before an account becomes Private or is deleted, Zibbo LLC may continue to retain, display, archive, and use such previously published materials.
Leaderboards, rankings, Lift Scores, XP totals, streaks, badges, achievements, volume totals, challenge results, and related statistics are provided for tracking, entertainment, motivation, and community purposes. We do not guarantee that any leaderboard, score, ranking, statistic, badge, achievement, or challenge result will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may correct, modify, remove, recalculate, reset, or withhold leaderboard entries, rankings, scores, achievements, badges, or other statistics if we believe they are inaccurate, manipulated, abusive, fraudulent, technically erroneous, or otherwise inconsistent with the operation of StrongClub.
StrongClub may offer subscriptions, premium features, consumable products, or other in-app purchases. Purchases may be handled through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, billing, and payment disputes may be governed by the applicable app store or payment provider.
We may change, add, remove, or modify premium features, subscription tiers, prices, usage limits, credits, or access rules to the extent permitted by applicable law and app store requirements.
If you enable push notifications, StrongClub may send reminders, challenge alerts, group updates, leaderboard results, feature updates, account notices, promotional messages, and other app-related notifications. You can manage notification preferences in the app or through your device settings.
We may monitor, review, restrict, suspend, delete, or modify activity, content, accounts, leaderboards, groups, challenges, rankings, or statistics where we believe it is necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, operate the Services, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or maintain service integrity.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to StrongClub if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create security risks, engage in harmful conduct, manipulate rankings, infringe rights, or otherwise act in a way we believe may harm Zibbo LLC, StrongClub, other users, or the community.
You may stop using StrongClub at any time. Account deletion or app deletion does not automatically remove historical records, backups, operational data, legal records, or previously published materials as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zibbo LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of StrongClub, including injuries, training outcomes, health consequences, data loss, lost profits, service interruptions, leaderboard errors, ranking changes, account restrictions, or inability to access the Services.
StrongClub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zibbo LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We may update StrongClub, change features, revise limits, discontinue functionality, or modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of StrongClub after changes are posted or made available means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
